National Heritage

One hundred years ago Colbert Coldwell founded the business that would grow into the first nationwide real estate organization, Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation. We're proud to have our roots in the response to the 1906 San Francisco Earthquake and in Mr. Coldwell's commitment that began with the rebuilding of a city and has continued with a century of progress.





Local Tradition

As a young Realtor in Harrisonburg, Joe Funkhouser saw the need for a full service real estate firm to serve the Shenandoah Valley. The company was founded in 1975 on the principles integrity, professionalism, knowledge and vision. Today, this company continues its proud tradition of excellent service to clients through these four principles.

The company has grown from two associates serving Harrisonburg to over 70 associates serving the Shenandoah Valley.
